ENTRIES OPEN:  Wednesday, November 16, 2011 9:00 a.m. (MT Zone) at the Trial Secretary’s address. All entries received before this date will be returned. Overnight or certified mail must be sent with the “No Signature Required” waiver signed.

DRAW ENTRIES CLOSE: Wednesday, November 30, 2011 5:00 p.m. (MT Zone)

DRAW DATE: Wednesday, November 30, 2011 6:00 p.m. (MT Zone)

DRAW LOCATION:  Starbucks Coffee 11169 I-25 Frontage Road A, Firestone, CO 80504

ENTRIES CLOSE:  Saturday, December 10, 2011 6:00 p.m. (MT Zone) after which time entries cannot be accepted, cancelled, altered, or substituted except as provided for in Chapter 11, Section 6 of the Rules Applying to Dog Shows. Envelopes/transactions containing entries for more than the ten (10) dog maximum and/or entries received prior to the opening date shall be treated as an invalid entry and shall be returned to the sender.

WAIT LIST FOR WITHDRAWN ENTRIES

After the closing date, GDSCWTC is offering a Wait List to fill openings created by withdrawn entries after closing. A maximum of 25 entries will be placed on the wait list. All entries including wait listed entries must be received by the Trial Secretary prior to Saturday, December 10, 20116:00 p.m. (MT). Any entries withdrawn prior to 6:00 PM, December 26, 2011, will be replaced by a wait list entry, a full refund will be given to withdrawn entries when wait listed entries are available to replace the pulled entry. Any wait list entry that does not move off the wait list into the trial by 6:00 PM, December 26, 2011 will receive a full refund.

Move-ups Close:
 

It is the option of the club to allow day-to-day move-ups. Exhibitors should refer to a club’s premium list to verify the club’s policy for moving a dog up. If offered, dogs shall be moved up to a higher class at the request of the owner, as a result of the dog qualifying for an agility title.

The request for moving up must be made to the Trial Secretary according to the club’s published policy.  All move-up entries are subject to availability of the class and payment of any difference in entry fee.  Dogs so moved-up will be entered at the end of the running order. Refer to Chapter 1, Section 20 of the Regulations for Agility Trials for additional move-up requirements. Move-ups prior to a set of trials: Dogs shall be moved up to a higher class at the request of the owner, as a result of qualifying for an agility title, provided that the request is made in writing to the Trial Secretary not later than 6:00 p.m. on the Monday preceding the set of trials for trials starting on a Thursday-Sunday. The request for moving up must be made in writing at the trial site to the Trial Secretary no later than the day preceding the event.  Regulations for Agility Trials, Chapter 1, Section 20, (Amended September 1, 2011.)                       
Move-Up entries for Friday, December 30, 2011 will be accepted for dogs that have completed a title after the closing date December 10, 2011.  Email notification of move ups is acceptable, with return receipt verification from the secretary.  Either Move Up forms or emails must be completed and delivered to the Trial Secretary prior to 6:00 PM, December 26, 2011.  Day-to-day trial move-up entries for Saturday, December 31, 2011 must be delivered to the Trial Secretary at the trial site, within 30 minutes of the conclusion of judging on Friday, December 30, 2011 at the trial site.  Day-to-day trial move-up entries for Sunday, January 1, 2012 must be delivered to the Trial Secretary at the trial site, within 30 minutes of the conclusion of judging on Saturday, December 31, 2011 at the trial site.  Day-to-day trial move-up entries for Monday, January 2, 2012 must be delivered to the Trial Secretary at the trial site, within 30 minutes of the conclusion of judging on Sunday, January 1, 2012 at the trial site.  Regulations for Agility Trials, Chapter 1, Section 21, “(Effective June 1, 2010.) A dog which has been entered in a Novice “A” class for which it is not eligible to be entered in due to class restrictions on the dog or handler may be moved to the Novice “B” class under the following conditions:  The request for the move must be in writing and presented to the superintendent or the trial secretary at least 30 minutes prior to the start of each trial.”  Dogs moved up will run at the end of the running order.
