ENTRIES OPEN: 8:00 a.m. (MDT) Wednesday, June 1, 2011 at the Trial Secretary’s Address, before which time entries will not be accepted and will be returned to the exhibitor as provided for in Chapter 1, Section 13 of the Agility Regulations.  All entries accepted on a FIRST RECEIVED basis.

 

ENTRIES CLOSE: 5:00 p.m. (MDT) Wednesday, June 29, 2011 at the Trial Secretary's Address, after which time entries cannot be accepted, canceled, altered or substituted EXCEPT as provided for in Chapter 11, Section 6 of the Dog Show Rules

 

 

 

WAIT LIST FOR WITHDRAWN ENTRIES

After the closing date, MHGRC is offering a Wait List to fill openings created by withdrawn entries after closing. A maximum of 25 entries will be placed on the wait list. All entries including wait listed entries must be received by the Trial Secretary prior to Wednesday, June 29, 2011, 5:00 p.m. (MT). Any entries withdrawn prior to 6:00 PM, July 11, 2011 will be replaced by a wait list entry, a full refund will be given to withdrawn entries when wait listed entries are available to replace the pulled entry. Any wait list entry that does not move off the wait list into the trial by 6:00 PM, July 11, 2011 will receive a full refund.

 

Move-ups :
 

Move-Up entries for Friday, July 11, 2011will be accepted for dogs that have completed a title after the closing date.  Email notification of move ups is acceptable, with return receipt verification from the secretary.  Either Move Up forms or emails must be completed and delivered to the Trial Secretary prior to 6:00 PM, July 11, 2010.  Move-up entries for Saturday, July 16, 2011must be delivered to the Trial Secretary at the trial site, within 30 minutes of the conclusion of judging on Friday, July 15, 2011at the trial site.  Move-up entries for Sunday, July 17, 2011must be delivered to the Trial Secretary at the trial site, within 30 minutes of the conclusion of judging on Saturday, July 16, 2011at the trial site.  A dog which has been entered in a Novice “A” class for which it is not eligible to be entered in due to class restrictions on the dog or handler may be moved to the Novice “B” class under the following conditions: The request for the move must be in writing and presented to the superintendent or trial secretary at least 30 minutes prior to the start of each trial. The request must state the reason and justification for the move from a Novice “A” class to the Novice “B” class.   Dogs moved up will run at the end of the running order.
