Move-Ups
Move-Up entries for Friday, April 6, 2012 will be
accepted for dogs that have completed a title after
the closing date. Email notification of move
ups is acceptable, with return receipt verification
from the secretary. Either Move Up forms or emails
must be completed and delivered to the Trial
Secretary prior to 6:00 PM, April 2, 2012. Move-up
entries for Saturday, April 7, 2012 must be
delivered to the Trial Secretary at the trial site,
within 30 minutes of the conclusion of judging on
Friday, April 6, 2012 at the trial site. Move-up
entries for Sunday, April 8, 2012 must be delivered
to the Trial Secretary at the trial site, within 30
minutes of the conclusion of judging on Saturday,
April 7, 2012 at the trial site. The request for the
move must be in writing and presented to the
superintendent or trial secretary at least 30
minutes prior to the start of each trial. The
request must state the reason and justification for
the move from Novice "A" class to the Novice "B"
class."
WAIT LIST FOR WITHDRAWN
ENTRIES
After the closing date,
MHGRC is offering a Wait List to fill openings
created by withdrawn entries after closing. A
maximum of 25 dogs per day will be placed on the
wait list. All entries, including wait listed
entries, must be received by the Trial Secretary
prior to March 21, 2012 6PM. Any entries withdrawn
prior to SUNDAY, APRIL 1, 2012 at 5PM, will be
replaced by a wait list entry when available. A full
refund will be given to withdrawn entries when wait
listed entries are available to replace the pulled
entry. Any wait list entry that does not move off
the wait list into the trial by April 1, 2012 5PM
will receive a full refund.
