ENTRIES OPEN:  Wednesday, July 13, 2011 8:00 a.m. (MT Zone) at the Trial Secretary’s address. All entries received before this date will be returned. Overnight or certified mail must be sent with the “No Signature Required” waiver signed.

DRAW ENTRIES CLOSE: Wednesday, July 27, 2011 5:00 p.m. (MT Zone)

DRAW DATE: Wednesday, July 27, 2011 6:00 p.m. (MT Zone)

DRAW LOCATION:  Starbucks Coffee (I-25 & Hwy 52), 3652 Reliance Drive, Frederick, CO 80530, 303-833-0894

ENTRIES CLOSE:  Wednesday, August 10, 2011 6:00 p.m. (MT Zone) after which time entries cannot be accepted, cancelled, altered, or substituted except as provided for in Chapter 11, Section 6 of the Rules Applying to Dog Shows. Envelopes/transactions containing entries for more than the ten (10) dog maximum and/or entries received prior to the opening date shall be treated as an invalid entry and shall be returned to the sender.

WAIT LIST FOR WITHDRAWN ENTRIES

After the closing date, RMATC is offering a Wait List to fill openings created by withdrawn entries after closing. A maximum of 25 entries will be placed on the wait list. All entries including wait listed entries must be received by the Trial Secretary prior to Wednesday, August 10, 2011 6:00 p.m. (MT). Any entries withdrawn prior to 6:00 PM, August 10, 2011 will be replaced by a wait list entry, a full refund will be given to withdrawn entries when wait listed entries are available to replace the pulled entry. Any wait list entry that does not move off the wait list into the trial by 6:00 PM, August 10, 2011 will receive a full refund.

 

MOVE UPS

Move-Up entries for Saturday, August 27, 2011 will be accepted for dogs that have completed a title after the closing date.  Email notification of move ups is acceptable, with return receipt verification from the secretary.  Either Move Up forms or emails must be completed and delivered to the Trial Secretary prior to 6:00 PM, August 22, 2011.  Move-up entries for Sunday, August 28, 2011must be delivered to the Trial Secretary at the trial site, within 30 minutes of the conclusion of judging on Saturday, August 27, 2011at the trial site.  A dog which has been entered in a Novice “A” class for which it is not eligible to be entered in due to class restrictions on the dog or handler may be moved to the Novice “B” class under the following conditions: The request for the move must be in writing and presented to the superintendent or trial secretary at least 30 minutes prior to the start of each trial. The request must state the reason and justification for the move from a Novice “A” class to the Novice “B” class.   Dogs moved up will run at the end of the running order.
