ENTRY METHOD: FIRST RECEIVED

ENTRIES OPEN: 8:00 a.m. (MT) Wednesday, March 28, 2012 at the Trial Secretary’s Address, before which time entries will not be accepted and will be returned to the exhibitor as provided for in Chapter 1, Section 13 of the Agility Regulations. All entries accepted on a FIRST RECEIVED basis.

ENTRIES CLOSE: 6:00 p.m. (MT) Wednesday, May 2, 2012 at the Trial Secretary's Address, after which time entries cannot be accepted, canceled, altered or substituted EXCEPT as provided for in Chapter 11, Section 6 of the Rules Applying to Dog Shows.

Envelopes/transactions containing entries for more than the ten (10) dog maximum and/or entries received prior to the opening date shall be treated as an invalid entry and shall be returned to the sender.

Paper entries received within 24 hrs. of the opening date & time must: 1) include postage or be metered; 2) be delivered bya multi-state or multi-national postal or carrier service, including but not limited to USPS, FedEx, UPS & DHL. If above conditions are not met, the entries are not valid and must be returned to the sender.

ONLINE ENTRIES ACCEPTED THROUGH THE AKC ONLINE ENTRY SERVICE.

 

Fees: $25 for first entry; $13 for
additional entry of same dog/class/day

Move-ups

Move-Up entries for Saturday, May 26, 2012 will be accepted for dogs that have completed a title after the closing date. Email notification of move ups is acceptable, with return receipt verification from the secretary. Either Move Up forms or emails must be completed and delivered to the Trial Secretary prior to 6:00 PM, May 21, 2012. Move-up entries for Sunday, May 27, 2012 must be delivered to the Trial Secretary at the trial site, within 30 minutes of the conclusion of judging on Saturday, May 26, 2012 at the trial site. Move-up entries for Monday, May 28, 2012 must be delivered to the Trial Secretary at the trial site, within 30 minutes of the conclusion of judging on Sunday, May 27, 2012 at the trial site. The request must state the reason and justification for the move from Novice "A" class to the Novice "B" class." Dogs moved up will run at the end of the running order.
